Jenn has shown an incredible dedication both in and out of the gym, from her impressive cleanup efforts in Dogtown to the positive energy and commitment she brings to our community. Her consistency, hard work and strength in the gym are inspiring, especially with her progress during this recent strength cycle. What's next on your bucket list?

Tour du Mont Blanc in July 25’.

The Tour du Mont Blanc or TMB is one of the most popular long-distance walks in Europe. It circles the Mont Blanc massif, covering a distance of roughly 165 kilometres with 10 kilometres of ascent/descent and passing through parts of Switzerland, Italy and France.


What is your favorite part about being a member at CFCA?

That you can see progress and get better without being obsessive about it.


What advice would you give new members?

Don’t ever be shy to scale the workout.
