What's your favorite achievement since becoming a member of CFCA?
I have gained physical strength and also improved my balance and flexibility. I started following a healthier lifestyle by participating in the body composition challenge and I have never felt better! I also challenged myself at the CFCA 2022 Games and I’m looking forward for new challenges!

Back squat and Deadlift
Favorite WOD and least favorite WOD?
My favorite WOD is anything that has box jumps and barbells.
My least favorite WOD is anything that has double unders.
What is one item you can't live without?
My water bottle
What is next on your travel bucket list?
I love traveling! I have a lot of places in mind that I want to go. I am currently planning a trip to Italy with my family this summer. I can’t wait! :)
What is your favorite thing about the CFCA community?
CFCA is a great community and I’m glad to be part of it! My favorite thing about CFCA is that everyone is supportive and welcoming. We all encourage each other between sets and workouts. Being part of this community means having fun and meet amazing people who cheers you up and motivates you!
What advice would you give new members?
My advice to new members would be to never think you are not strong enough because as you keep showing up in class, you will get stronger and start seeing so many improvements! I would also tell them to not be afraid of trying new things and never give up!
